For candidates who are too busy to come to Nepal for interviews, we arrange video conferencing between the employer and candidate, making all necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth process.
If attested original papers are made available before interview processing, we don't need to rely on local agents. This is aimed at providing neat and hassle-free services to employment seekers based on the country's labour Act.
In the beginning, we used to mobilize our own official network and regional desks for sourcing, but we don't have to mobilize them now. Every day, hundreds of youths come to our company for overseas employment. And, some people apply through email with their bio-data and work experience. We store them on our databank for future purpose.
Basically, we select manpower through tests and other techniques. If special manpower with specific experience is needed, we use our official network located in different districts.

Many employers visit Nepal for final interviews. We provide fully equipped AC rooms with computers, internet, and phones, and call shortlisted candidates on scheduled days to ensure professional interview settings.
Sometimes clients authorize us fully for the selection process. In such cases, we conduct interviews and handle all dispatch arrangements on behalf of employers for overseas placements.
A selection committee tests the skills of candidates in relevant disciplines. Only those approved by the committee are selected for overseas employment.
Shortlisted candidates undergo full medical examinations at government-approved hospitals. Only medically fit candidates are eligible to proceed with employment contracts.
After visa issuance, we arrange travel, hand over necessary documents, and train workers on travel procedures until they reach their destination safely.
